Natasha is a senior associate in our financial services law team based in Jersey. Natasha advises on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate finance, bilateral and syndicated lending and real estate finance.
Prior to joining Bedell Cristin in 2017, Natasha trained at Murray Beith Murray (a Scottish private client firm) before moving into corporate law at CMS Cameron McKenna (now CMS).
