Shruta is a Magic Circle-trained Banking & Finance lawyer with more than ten years' experience of onshore and offshore roles who advises clients on the full range of Banking matters under Guernsey law.
She is a Senior Associate in our Guernsey Financial Services Law team focusing on Banking & Finance matters, with a background in general secured lending, real estate finance and project finance work.
Shruta began her career with Freshfields and has spent most of her career working with leading law firms in London, and also has experience of practising in Jersey, Dubai and India, and as independent legal counsel.
