Stephen is an experienced corporate lawyer with particular expertise in funds and real estate securitisation he specialises in funds and investment structures, financial regulatory advice as well as general banking and corporate matters.
He qualified as an English solicitor with Eversheds LLP (Leeds) in 2000 and practiced corporate and commercial law with Bond Pearce LLP (Bristol) until moving to Jersey in 2005.
