Zoe is an associate in Bedell Cristin's top-tier Jersey litigation team, advising clients on complex and high value disputes focusing on contentious trusts matters and commercial litigation.
Before relocating to Jersey, Zoe worked for Withers in London qualifying with the firm and practising as an associate in their Trust Estate and Inheritance Disputes team.
She has experience of advising trustees, beneficiaries and families on complex cross-border trust disputes, professional negligence claims and probate disputes relating to capacity and charitable bequests. She has also advised clients on matters in the Court of Protection.
Pre-qualification, she also worked for Quinn Emanuel in London supporting their competition litigation team.
She was admitted as an English solicitor in 2023.
