Litigation & Dispute Resolution Partner Jon Barclay is speaking at the Bedell Cristin-sponsored Guernsey Economic Crime & Compliance Symposium on 18 November, which covers the latest economic crime developments from AML/CFT and sanctions to tax evasion and bribery and corruption.
Jon – a Guernsey Advocate specialising in complex financial services disputes – will be presenting on the topic "Why Guernsey's no-consent regime must change and the way forward".
