Singapore partner Kristian Wilson will be a panellist at SGTech’s Founders Friday on 12 September.

This session focuses on “Hotspots & Headwinds; Surviving the Funding Winter and Expanding in the Face of Trade Tensions.” Kristian will take part in the session “Fundraising in the Freeze: What Investors Want in 2025”, where he will discuss the need for businesses to have the right contracts and structures in place before seeking investment, especially in a challenging funding environment.

Kristian has over ten years’ experience in Singapore advising on corporate law, financial regulation, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and technology-related matters, including fintech and digital assets. He is a solicitor in England & Wales, the British Virgin Islands and California and works with listed companies, investment funds, trust companies and fund managers.
