Partner Sonia Shah, Counsel Emma Hill and Associate Vicky Ramos from Bedell Cristin's Guernsey and Jersey teams will be attending the Trusts in Litigation Conference by ConTrA and Informa, taking place in Lisbon.

At the event, Emma will giving a Guernsey law perspective on the panel focusing on "The ethics of undue influence", joining George Woodhead of Selborne Chambers and Jerry Jamieson of Fladgate to explore the ethical considerations and practical challenges of undue influence, looking at probate claims, the Law Commission's Wills Project and the roles of trustees and protectors.
