Bedell Cristin advises in connection with the £140 million financing of the acquisition of a portfolio of office and commercial properties

Bedell Cristin working with one of the UK's leading law firms acted on behalf of an international bank in connection with the provision of syndicated facilities of £140 million for the acquisition of a portfolio of office and commercial properties in England, Scotland and Guernsey. The funding was provided to a structure comprising 14 Jersey property unit trusts and 6 Jersey companies. The Bedell Cristin Jersey team was led by banking partner Tim Pearce who was assisted by senior associate Antony Clerehugh and associate Ross Rennie and the Bedell Cristin Guernsey team was led by Banking partner Kate Ovenden who was assisted by legal assistant Emma Corbin. The team advised in connection with all Jersey and Guernsey legal aspects of the transaction.
