Bedell Cristin advises on the financing of the acquisition of Valley House

Leading offshore law firm, Bedell Cristin has again acted as lead counsel to The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited in connection with finance made available to the Channel Islands Property Fund Limited for the acquisition of commercial premises at Valley House, St Peter Port.

The Bedell Cristin team was led by Guernsey managing partner, Kate Ovenden, assisted by Ann Halliday, counsel and Jennifer Mills, legal assistant, and Jersey-based global managing partner, Tim Pearce, assisted by Antony Clerehugh, senior associate and Donna Watts, legal assistant.
