Oryx, a relative newcomer to the UK commercial real estate scene has accelerated its growth of late and this latest acquisition adds significant value to the already impressive list of assets under management.
Bedell Cristin, Jersey legal advisers to the group since its initial foray into the UK real estate sphere were delighted to act again with the principals, this time also involving both their Cayman and Guernsey teams to complete the offshore legal advisory offering.
