Acting in a high-profile Guernsey property dispute, Advocate Jon Barclay has secured a three-year stay of eviction for his client Belmiro de Freitas, the tenant of the Fermain Bay Beach Café.
Advocate Barclay successfully opposed the immediate eviction order sought by the States of Guernsey in a Royal Court hearing in September 2025.
