Carys Thornton has joined Bedell Cristin's Guernsey Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Carys, who joins the team as an associate, trained with Brabners LLP in Liverpool and qualified as an England & Wales Solicitor in 2024.
Carys graduated with a first-class BA Hons in History from King's College London 2019 before choosing law as her career. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2020, followed by the Legal Practice Course and Masters at the University of Law in 2021 gaining a distinction in both. Following completion of the academic stage Carys then gained valuable experience working with regional firms in North Wales prior to obtaining her Training Contract with Brabners where she qualified.
Bedell Cristin's Guernsey Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is led by partners Alasdair Davidson, Jon Barclay and Robert Fullman comprising lawyers from junior associate level through to counsel working from the firm's Guernsey and London offices.

Bedell Cristin's Guernsey disputes team is part of a combined litigation practice covering BVI, Cayman Islands and Jersey law, with litigators qualified in each jurisdiction working across our network of offices delivering a truly global service to our clients.
