Bedell Cristin has assisted in the financing of Hayfin and Capreon’s acquisition of the landmark "Can of Ham" commercial office building at 70 St Mary Axe, London.
The Bedell Cristin team worked closely with lead counsel Osborne Clarke and lenders Santander and CaixaBank, advising on the Jersey aspects of this significant transaction.
The acquisition, valued at approximately £340 million, was supported by a £200 million financing facility provided by Santander and CaixaBank.
This deal demonstrates the strength of collaboration between leading legal teams and financial institutions in delivering complex, cross-border transactions.
