Bedell Cristin's top-tier ranked Jersey Litigation team has been further strengthened by the arrival of Zoe Marshall from London law firm Withers.
Zoe joins the team ranked in the very highest tier by both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 as an associate.
She qualified as an English Solicitor in 2023, and practised with Withers' Trust Estate and Inheritance Disputes team, and prior to qualification also spent time working at Quinn Emanuel in London supporting their competition litigation team.
The Bedell Cristin team is led by partners Edward Drummond, Robert Gardner, Robert Christie and Sonia Shah.

While practising onshore, Zoe had experience of advising trustees, beneficiaries and families on complex cross-border trust disputes, professional negligence claims and probate disputes relating to capacity and charitable bequests. She has also advised clients on matters in the Court of Protection.
