Bedell Cristin has renewed its partnership with Greening Jersey – an initiative led by Jersey Finance to work with charities and the Island's financial services sector to transform and restore nature across Jersey.
Greening Jersey works with charities including the National Trust Jersey and Jersey Trees for Life on the restoration and rewilding of the natural environment.
Tom McKenna, the Sustainable Finance Lead at Jersey Finance, said that the initiative benefitted from the partnerships and volunteer work provided by 39 participating firms in 2025, and that they were looking to expand and grow in 2026.
He said: "The Greening Jersey Trust is an excellent example of how the finance industry can collaborate to accelerate progress with on-Island sustainable development goals.
"This is not just about planting trees; it is about restoring nature across a range of habitats from woodlands to wildflower meadows and wetlands."
Edward Drummond, Co-Global Managing Partner of Bedell Cristin, said:
"We are very pleased to continue our partnership with Greening Jersey – team members from across our Jersey practice groups and business support functions have volunteered on various projects in the past 12 months, and we hear consistently positive feedback about how the initiative is organised and the impact that it is having."
