Cayman Islands real estate lawyer Oliver Byrne has been promoted to senior associate in Bedell Cristin's tier-one ranked Cayman Property team.
Oliver joined the firm from UK law firm Shoosmiths' in November 2024 and has been in private practice since 2019. Oliver advises clients on an array of transactions including financings, developments and leasing in the Cayman Islands.
Working alongside partners Ian Jamieson, Michael Sharvin and Daniel Altneu, Oliver advises clients on some of the most complex and valuable property deals, developments and leasing arrangements in the jurisdiction.
