Experienced Jersey property law paralegal Jenny Bougeard has been appointed as an associate in Bedell Cristin's Property team.
Jenny has spent six years working in the team, and advises clients on the full range of legal issues relating to residential property in Jersey.
She has been promoted having successfully qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales after completing the SQE exams.
Partner Hannah Robinson, who leads Bedell Cristin's Jersey Property Practice, said: "We are delighted to see Jenny step up to this new role – completing the qualification process while managing professional and family responsibilities is a significant achievement, and she has done so without any impact to her consistently excellent standards of client service.

Jenny worked in banking and at a family office before beginning her legal career.
