Antony has extensive experience in advising leading international banks and financial institutions in relation to structured real estate finance, leveraged finance and general finance transactions, largely in relation to Jersey law.
He typically acts lender side, working with lenders and top-tier lead counsel in London, the US and Europe.
He has been in private practice for more than 20 years, and spent over 13 years in the Finance and Projects group at DLA Piper before moving offshore and joining Bedell Cristin in 2011.
In addition to acting for banks and financial institutions, Antony regularly acts for a variety of borrowers.
Antony also has considerable corporate and commercial experience and advises a range of companies on corporate matters, as well as corporate financings and corporate restructuring.
He also advises on security enforcement matters relating to Jersey structures and local businesses in Jersey.
