Devon Jenkins

Devon advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters in Guernsey and Jersey.

He has experience of practising onshore and offshore – including for three years in one of South Africa's largest law firms - as well as having worked for a regulated financial services provider in Guernsey.

Devon advises clients on matters including discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, compromise agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, internal investigations, employee handbook and policy reviews, and issues related to the islands' business and licensing regimes.

He qualified in South Africa in 2017 and has been working in Guernsey since 2022.

Devon speaks fluent Afrikaans.
