Devon Jenkins

Devon advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters in Guernsey and Jersey.

He advises multi-national corporations, senior executives, directors and individual employees on complex legal matters including discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, compromise agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, internal investigations, employee handbook and policy reviews, business relocation, corporate restructuring, and matters related to the islands' business and licensing regimes.

Devon holds a post-graduate LLM in employment law and has experience practising onshore and offshore – including 3 years in South Africa's largest corporate law firm - as well as having worked for a regulated financial services provider in Guernsey. Devon qualified in South Africa in 2017 and has been working in Guernsey since 2022.

Devon speaks fluent Afrikaans.
