Kimberly joined Bedell Cristin in 2021 as an Associate in the financial services team. Prior to this Kimberly worked as an Associate for another international law firm in the Cayman Islands and completed a secondment with Maitland Chambers in the United Kingdom. Her areas of experience include corporate M&As, subscription finance, corporate finance, and fund formations.
Prior to practising law, Kimberly was a Corporate Administrator in the corporate department at another international firm in the Cayman Islands where she focused on corporate governance, company formation, partnership registration and company dissolutions.
