With more than 25 years' of experience in Jersey law firms, he has advised clients in London, Asia, the Middle East and the US, and has been ranked by Legal 500 for many years for the quality of his advice on Jersey Banking & Finance matters.
Malcolm also advises on public and private securities offerings, listed securities and on a wide range of general corporate and commercial transactions and issues, and on matters relating to security enforcement.
He has been admitted as a Jersey Advocate since 2014, and as an English Solicitor since 2004.
He joined Bedell Cristin in 2005.
