Sam is a Jersey Advocate with over 14 years’ experience advising clients on commercial litigation, contentious trusts matters and regulatory issues.
She is Counsel in Bedell Cristin’s top tier Jersey Litigation team and has been a Jersey Advocate since 2012.
Sam advises primarily Jersey based clients on a broad range of disputes, including breach of trust claims, applications for court blessing and rectification, and complex commercial litigation. She has been involved in a number of high profile and complex trust matters concerning high net worth individuals. She also advises on regulatory issues, including matters relating to sanctions, TIEAs and AML/CFT compliance.
Sam moved offshore shortly after completing the Bar Course in England and practised with two other leading Jersey law firms before joining Bedell Cristin in 2026. She also undertook a secondment to the Guernsey office of one of her previous law firms to support a complex, high value trusts dispute.
