Partner Alasdair Davidson is attending the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) Conference in London in September.

ACTAPS is open to legal practitioners specialising in contentious trusts and probate work, and focuses on sharing knowledge, providing a forum for discussion, and developing skills.

Alasdair – who is ranked in the highest tier by Chambers & Partners for dispute resolution advice in Guernsey – advises trustees and beneficiaries on complex, high value trusts disputes under Guernsey and BVI law.
