Richard Parry and Stephen Nelson from our Cayman Islands team will will be at the IBA Annual Conference in Toronto from 2 - 7 November 2025 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The conference brings together the international legal community for a week of sessions, committee meetings and networking across practice areas.

Stephen is a partner in our Cayman Islands Financial Services team advising on funds, corporate and financing matters, with broad regulatory expertise and experience supporting fund managers, private equity structures, start-ups, listed technology companies and digital asset funds.

Richard is a partner in our Cayman Islands team whose practice covers commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, corporate and real estate matters, acting for local and international clients across financial services and high-end real estate.
