Partner Andrew Miller is speaking at the 4^th annual Asset and Estate Planning Congress in Sao Paulo on Friday 16 October.

Andrew – who leads Bedell Cristin's award-winning Cayman Islands International Private Client team is speaking at the event, which brings together lawyers, accountants, advisors and wealth planning professionals.

Andrew's presentation to the congress is entitled "Offshore asset protection trusts and other structures", and covers the key Caribbean jurisdictions for estate planning, a review of case law, an update on limitation periods and a walk through of illustrative case studies.
