Bedell Cristin advised the majority shareholder in establishing a joint venture structure to acquire and develop land in Rossington, Doncaster for the purpose of constructing a major distribution centre for one of the world's largest internet retailers. Such involvement included the establishment of all Jersey-based corporate entities and assisting UK counsel with preparation of equity and finance documents for a project costing in excess of £150m.
