Bedell Cristin senior associate in Singapore, Craig Paynter, has qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner and been admitted as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Craig is an experienced private client and corporate lawyer who has been based in Singapore for the past four years.
Craig qualified as a TEP under the STEP essay route to membership, which allows senior practitioners to submit three 5,000 word essays as proof of their suitability for membership. His essays covered topics such as private wealth structures, challenges to the validity of a will and business & family governance/succession planning.

Craig will be part of the Bedell Cristin delegation at the STEP Asia conference on 20 and 21 November in Hong Kong along with partners Nancy Chien and Kristian Wilson.
