Bedell Cristin's Jersey team bolstered by associate hire

Leana De Freitas has joined Bedell Cristin's Jersey team advising clients on the full range of funds, corporate and banking matters under Jersey law.

Leana has joined the Financial Services Law team as an Associate, having qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2024.

The team is led by partner Tim Pearce, and advises international and local clients including asset managers, banking institutions and non-bank lenders and corporates on a broad mix of financings, transactions, listings, regulatory queries and matters relating to Jersey investment funds and corporate real estate structures.
