Caroline is an experienced litigator who spent more than a decade at some of London's biggest onshore dispute resolution teams before moving offshore.
Since qualifying in 2009 she has worked at US and international law firms in London on multiple high profile cross-border litigation and arbitrations spanning a broad range of commercial disputes, including LIBOR, professional negligence, construction and mining, white collar crime and hedge funds disputes.
Since joining Bedell Cristin in 2022, initially in the British Virgin Islands for three years, she has acted on a wide range of trusts disputes, shareholder disputes and insolvency matters.
As Counsel in our Cayman Islands office, she advises on both BVI and Cayman law matters.
As part of her legal studies Caroline spent one year at Alicante University in Spain on an Erasmus exchange and during her training contract spent six months in São Paulo, Brazil. Caroline speaks conversational Spanish.
