
Emma advises clients on disputes under Guernsey and BVI law, specialising in complex cross-border litigation.
She has been in private practice since 2011, is admitted in BVI and has completed the Guernsey Bar exams and is waiting to be admitted as a Guernsey Advocate in 2026.
Emma is Counsel in our Guernsey Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, bringing with her experience of both onshore and offshore practice, to a range of trust, insolvency, regulatory and commercial litigation matters.
She practised previously with a boutique firm in London specialising in digital asset and cryptocurrency-related disputes.
Before that she worked as a litigator in a leading offshore practice in Guernsey, where she advised on the Carlyle litigation - Guernsey's longest-running corporate dispute.
Emma initially trained with Fladgate, qualifying as an English Solicitor in 2011, and joined Bedell Cristin, initially in the firm's London office, in 2023.
