Jade is part of our team focused on supporting individuals and businesses moving to the Cayman Islands.
She works with partner Daniel Altneu to advise global families, companies and start-ups on establishing homes and operations in the Cayman Islands, with a focus on Tech Cayman and Cayman Enterprise City.
Jade works directly with clients and key intermediaries, as well as on the preparation and submission of immigration and residency applications, client on-boarding, drafting legal documents and filing court documents.
Before joining Bedell Cristin, she was a Compliance & Regulatory Administrator at a local law firm. She has experience in CIMA remediations, beneficial ownership, economic substance and SIBL filings.
Jade joined Bedell Cristin in December 2021 as a Paralegal.
