Kirsten is a Counsel in Bedell Cristin's International Private Client team, advising on Jersey structures and probate matters from our London office.

Kirsten advises professional trustees and individuals, locally and internationally, on all aspects of Jersey trust law and the related company and commercial law issues. Kirsten is regularly involved in the establishment, ongoing administration and restructuring of Jersey trusts.

She also has expertise in the intricacies of private international law as it applies to wills, succession, probate, inheritance and lasting powers of attorney.
