Louise is a senior associate in Bedell Cristin's financial services team, advising a wide range of clients on matters relating to structured finance, banking & finance, and investment funds.
Before moving offshore, she worked as a lawyer in England in the corporate and commercial property fields.
Louise also assists with the debt and equity listings on the official list of The International Stock Exchange (TISE) and looks after all of the issuers listed by Bedell Channel Islands Limited in relation to their continuing obligations owed to the TISE.
