Philip advises on a wide range of corporate, finance and investment funds matters in our Jersey office, often relating to offshore real estate structures.
He has been recognised by Legal 500 as a Rising Star and has been working in Jersey law firms for over a decade.
Having spent time working in Bedell Cristin's Singapore office, Philip also supports our offshore team in Singapore on a variety of corporate and finance instructions, often relating to corporate law and financing of real estate holding structures.
He has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2021.
Prior to joining Bedell Cristin in 2013 he worked in offshore law firms as a paralegal and at one of the world's largest multinational banks as part of a wide-ranging remediation team.
