Tom is a Partner in Bedell Cristin's Cayman Islands Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on private wealth disputes, commercial litigation and contentious insolvency.
He has been practising in the Cayman Islands for more than a decade and is recognised by Legal 500 for the quality of his advice.
Tom's recent work includes the "A Trusts" matter, a Cayman trusts dispute involving trust assets stated to be worth $1 billion and concerning issues of mental capacity.
He also advises clients on freezing injunctions and third party orders, alongside other strategies for the purpose of asset tracing.
Tom qualified as an English solicitor in 2007 and practised in the City for four years before moving offshore.
He previously practised in Bedell Cristin's Cayman Islands litigation team between 2012 and 2020 before returning in August 2024, and joining the Bedell Cristin partnership in December 2024.
