Ema Francisco

Ema is an associate in our Jersey International Private Client team. She advises an international client base on a wide range of asset protection and succession planning structures including the establishment and administration of Jersey trusts, foundations and companies in the context of private wealth structuring.

Her practice also includes advice to HNWs and Jersey residents on Jersey wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate matters.

Ema qualified as an English Solicitor through Bedell Cristin's training scheme in 2023, having previously been part of Bedell Cristin's bursary scheme and worked in the firm's compliance team.

She was named Jersey Finance's Rising Star in the legal category in 2025, has been listed in eprivateclient's Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list, and sits on the Jersey STEP Next Gen Committee.

She speaks fluent Portuguese.
