Overview
Martine has over thirty years' legal experience with Bedell Cristin, having worked in the family, criminal, property and probate departments.
As Probate Administrator, Martine has responsibility for our British Probate "fast track" cases. With her extensive experience in the Jersey legal market and high volume turnaround, she provides a fast and efficient service guiding our clients through Jersey Probate to unlock assets of British deceased estates.
She also manages our wills safe-keeping system. With over 3,500 Wills in our fire-proof safe, she has responsibility for ensuring our electronic directory and copies are accurate. She also assists in the administration of deceased estates and the management of affairs of vulnerable clients.
