Our global insolvency and restructuring teams will be attending the Offshore Meeting day at INSOL London 2026 on 20 April.

INSOL London brings together leading practitioners from across the global restructuring and insolvency community to explore emerging trends, technical developments and the evolving challenges facing the industry. The Offshore Meeting day provides a focused forum for discussion on cross‑border issues and jurisdiction‑specific insights relevant to offshore practitioners and their onshore counterparts.

Nancy Chien, Co-Global Managing Partner at Bedell Cristin and the head of our Jersey International Private Client team, will be taking part in a session at the event focused on the Middle East and offshore practice, looking at the nuances of practice in the region, developments in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and reviewing case studies involving offshore elements.
