Funds and regulatory lawyer Laura Oseland joins Bedell Cristin's Cayman Islands office as a partner

Experienced funds and regulatory lawyer Laura Oseland has joined Bedell Cristin's Financial Services Law team as a partner in the Cayman Islands.

Laura, who was previously a partner with another Cayman law firm, is recognised by Legal 500 for the quality of her advice and client care.

She advises Cayman Islands funds, administrators, lenders and corporates on the full spectrum of funds, corporate and financing law, specialising in corporate governance and the Cayman Islands' financial services regulatory framework.

Laura works with a global client base, with clients in Asia, the Middle East, the US, and London, and practised in the UK with an international firm before moving offshore.

Laura qualified with Irwin Mitchell in 2016 before practising with Gowling WLG, including a client-side secondment to Universities Superannuation Scheme – she moved to Cayman in 2021, where she qualified as a Cayman Attorney.
